A 13-year-old Okaloosa Academy student was cited for disrupting a school function after she finished her FCAT in two minutes and began to smack her gum and made sucking noises. When a teacher made eye contact with her, she said, "What!" while the test was in progress, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office incident report.
During that session she also tried to talk to other students, put her hand on their desks and fell out of her seat to draw attention to herself, the report said.
The next day, she was antagonizing another student, which caused the test to be started late.
She was taken to another classroom and finally finished her test in the office.
