Quite beautiful out here! Bryce Canyon, Utah was fantastic.
Home: Big step closer to a short sale rather than a foreclosure. The way life works, it is while I'm away that a buyer took the short sale counter offer of $170K Bank of America made on my $300K home. I'm still waiting to see how it plays out. The private investor who holds the note now has the option to decline, and then the foreclosure would go forward instead. After reading about all the juicy fees the bank collects during foreclosures, it could go either way.
Speaking of UFOs, my summer vacation may include a pilgrimage to Roswell, New Mexico. Specifically I want to visit a UFO museum where I previously found, but did not have enough time to read years of old UFO newspaper clippings. I'll post anything cool I find. What I'd really like to find is a scrap of dust covered flattened Nitinol from the crash of 1947 that returns to its shape when bent, is fireproof and bullet proof and light as a feather. ;-)

Wondered what had caused the long update. Thought maybe the UFOs got you or the mortgage monster. How is the weather?
