"Black triangles" is the name given to a class of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) with certain common features which have reportedly been observed from the 1940s (and possibly earlier) to the present. They have appeared most commonly over cities of the United States and England, but have been spotted worldwide, including a mass sighting over St. Petersburg, Russia, on February 19, 1997.
Since that event, hundreds of observers have reported enormous, totally silent, black triangular craft hovering or slowly cruising at low altitudes over cities and highways, usually at night and making no attempt to evade detection. The craft are even described by many observers as having some sort of "running lights", either bright white lights or pulsing colored lights. These lights usually appear at each corner of the triangle. Sometimes a red pulsating light is seen at the center.
These objects are also sometimes known by the names "big black deltas" (BBDs) and "flying triangles". No conclusive explanation has been found for black triangles. Accordingly, their origin and existence remain shrouded in mystery. - wiki

Ive heard that the government has a top secret aircraft that fits this discription. It's called the TR-3B and google has much info on it. Who the hell knows though. It might be our gov and the aliens riding around together sipping cocktails talking about politics.
Our government devised, at our expense, dozens of different kinds of aircrafts, from triangles, flying wings to even saucer-shaped ones. And, they've tested them at numerous times in different places. But, would they be flying them all over the world, at least as many different places as these flying triangles have been supposedly spotted? ... Well, considering how our government and how it wastes our money on what a only few elite officials, who undoubtedly themselves so wise, think is so important, I guess it would.
You know, that is a good question. What would be the actual military function of these giant black triangles? If you moved a lot of troops around in them it seems like they'd be more at risk of exposure. Perhaps they are used to move people in the secret government from place to place... but then why would they need to be so big and so silent? ... If they are spy planes, why do they need to be so large? Perhaps they can fly to the Moon and Mars using some exotic technology. There may be another society above ours, made up of humans who have a "cosmic" clearance. The same people would work in the underground bases. What are they up to if they exist?
