Man arrested for making coffee in own home while naked

Is this a case of culture clash? A man from Hawaii was arrested for making coffee in the buff in his own home in Virgina. It seems the "large, thriving, Puritan settlement in Virginia" never really left and that they are still  fighting their thinly veiled lust.

Eric Williamson, from Springfield, Virginia, was brewing coffee in his kitchen when a woman and a seven-year-old boy walked past the window and saw him.

The woman complained to police who arrested Williamson shortly after the incident on Monday morning.

Williamson, 29, insisted he did nothing wrong and that any exposure of his private parts were accidental.

"Yes I wasn't wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me," he said.

Williamson, who has a five-year-old daughter, added: "I am a loving dad. Any of my friends and anyone knows that and there is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever, ever do anything like that to a kid.

"I never had a conversation with anyone, never saw anyone. Didn't cross my mind, came and got coffee. I mean if I stood and seemed comfortable in my kitchen possibly it's natural. It's my kitchen," he insisted.

A spokesman for Fairfax county police, Mary Ann Jennings, said Williamson was arrested because officers believed he wanted to be seen naked by the public.

The 29-year-old faces up to a year in jail and a $2,000 fine if he is convicted. He is fighting the charge and seeking damages from police.

The time of day seems to be in question. Was it 5:30 AM or 8:30 AM? Was the woman trespassing?

A man from Springfield, Virginia (Eric Williamson, 29) was making some coffee in his kitchen whilst naked, and faces a possible charge of indecent exposure and a year in prison.It was 5:30am and he had the house to himself. He decided to go into the kitchen to make a coffee. Like many other millions on the planet, he felt there was nothing wrong in being naked in his own house, especially at that time of the day.

Mr. Williamson claims that he did not purposely intend to expose himself to anyone outside of the house, but at that moment a woman and her seven-year-old son happened to pass by his kitchen window.

After seeing Mr. Williamson's naked body, she called the police!

What many reports have failed to mention, is that the woman was in a hurry and cut across Mr. Williamson's garden to save time. Apart from the fact that she was trespassing, why on earth was she out so early with her son? - newsblaze

If I was a judge, here is how I'd rule on this:

Mr. Williamson grew up in Hawaii. This is a well known Hawaiian custom known as Aloha Kakahiaka Okole maluna.

To officer Mary Ann Jennings  (left, who stutters  in the video when talking about what might have been seen...) of the "Faifax County Police", it does not matter who else saw him. The law says, for this to be indecent exposure, he has to know someone could see him. If someone else accidentally saw him nude, there is still no crime. Hang loose, Mary.

The police who embarrassed this man by passing out fliers in his neighborhood should pay him $125,000 in punitive damages and issue a public apology. By passing out fliers, police  created a witch hunt, maligned his character with the power of suggestion and generated needless hysteria.

If the following comment on YouTube is true, the police should give him an additional $100,000 for emotional damages.

"... the police dragged him from his bed yelling at him that he was a pervert"

Is his extra harsh treatment due to the reporting woman's special status as the wife of an officer?

"The front door of his house faces the bus stop. He was seen through a side window because the woman was cutting trhough [sic] his yard to take her kid to the bus stop. She was tresspassing! [sic] They are canvassing just because she is a wife of an officer, and they want to cover they ass because this will explode on Fairfax police face."

Her husband should arrest her for being a trespassing peeping Jane and have her spend an equal amount of time in jail. She needs more private time with her husband so she isn't so startled by seeing a naked man in the future.

At the root of all of this is a fundamental division in humanity:  One group accepts the biological reality while the other  wails and moans with self-loathing, guilt, hate and fear of their physical selves. My theory is that our small fore-brains which contain all of these idealistic notions are well integrated in some people, while in others the moral brain acts more like a parasite on the rest of the organism. This is why some people are filled with turmoil.  Without the lusty beastly biology that feeds them, these moral parasites would die, and they know it. This aggravates them to no end and causes needless aggressiveness and amazing feats of denial.

In the future we will discover that a great deal of human suffering was due to a large population of humans having a mutation which caused dis-integrated moral brain parasite syndrome.  After this was repaired in the year 2525, the human race was able to understand and discard its dark history and meet its full potential.
