Metal Falls From Sky.
Karen MacLellan of Mississauga says she?s one lucky lady.A large metal sheet, possibly from the wing off an jet, crashed into the rear of her SUV less than a minute after she parked it around 9:30 p.m. Monday.
?Sitting on the ground is this long metal piece about eight, 10 feet long and about three feet wide,? MacLellan says.
?I might buy a (lottery) ticket for Friday,? she says. But her three kids say their grandmother?s spirit was watching over their mom Monday night.
?I thankful there were no kids coming out there? at the time, she says. ?You know what the worst part of this was? I missed my dance lesson."

Mystery of the Silver Rings
The young dolphin gives a quick flip of her head, and an undulating silver ring appears--as if by magic--in front of her.The ring is a solid, toroidal bubble two feet across--and yet it does not rise to the surface! It stands erect in the water like the rim of a magic mirror, or the doorway to an unseen dimension. For long seconds the dolphin regards its creation, from varying aspects and angles, with its vision and sonar. Seemingly making a judgement, the dolphin then quickly pulls a small silver donut from the larger structure, which collapses into small bubbles. She then "pushes" the donut, which stays just inches ahead of her rostrum, perhaps 20 feet over a period of up to 10 seconds. Then, stopping again, she regards the twisting ring for a last time and bites it--causing it to collapse into a thousand tiny bubbles which head--as they should--for the water's surface. After a few moments of reflection, she creates another.
This isn't fantasy, it's real. And it isn't magic, just marvelous. It is a rare dolphin behavior, and we first saw it in the play of two baby dolphins. Bush doubles up for correspondents
Apr. 29 - U.S. President George W. Bush gets big laughs from the media. U.S. President George W. Bush shared some laughs with the media Saturday night, (April 29) poking fun at his own reputation during the White House Correspondents Dinner. He appeared on stage with Bush impersonator, Steve Bridges, who offered up barbs highlighting the president's reputation for mispronouncing key words in speeches. Bush even played along. The performance ended with sombre comments from the United States president asking for thoughts and prayers for American military members in Iraq.
This is the best thing he's done so far as president. Pretty funny. Good show. He should still be impeached, however.

New giant picture on Peru’s Nazca Plateau
A new giant picture on the Nazca Plateau in Peru, which is famous for giant patterns that can be seen from theair, has been discovered by a team of Japanese researchers.
The image is 65 meters long, and appears to be an animal with horns. It is thought to have been drawn as a symbol of hopes for good crops, but there are no similar patterns elsewhere, and the type of the animal remains unclear.
The discovery marks the first time since the 1980s that a picture other than a geometrical pattern has been found on the Nazca Plateau.
The picture was found by a team of researchers including Masato Sakai, an associate professor at Yamagata University, after they analyzed images from a U.S. commercial satellite. They confirmed it was a previously undiscovered picture in a local survey in March this year. It is located at the south of the Nazca Plateau, and apparently went undiscovered since few tourist planes pass over the area.

Amazing shot cited as self-defense
The police bullet did not travel up the barrel of the gunman's revolver. That's what I first thought when I saw this. It went in on the side. Still completely amazing.
