Private: Amazing NASA video shows “shooting star” that changes direction, several things around ISS

This 1/2 hour UFO video is interesting. Is the change in direction of the shooting star due to thursters fired by the ship taking the video (notice the Earth changes position right around the time the shooting star does), or did it really change course?

If it did, I don't think it is a shooting star. What are those things flying around the International Space Station? More ice crystals?
