Blinkx.tv has good news channel feeds. ( I was able to search for "church fires" and find recent stories which are just breaking, but a search for the names "Cloyd Moseley Debusk" involved didn't turn up anything.) Parents warning: click off the filter and you'll get stuff much more racy than the Playboy channel or HBO.
